This Algarve villa is approached down a cobbled driveway and through some gates to a large area at the side of the villa which provides enough space to park several cars and is surrounded by very pretty flower beds and fruit trees. There are two doors leading to a large garage underneath the villa which contains a table tennis table, a spare fridge and two washing machines.

From this paved parking area, there is a gate and some steps leading up to the villa which is all on one level surrounded by a large terrace containing the swimming pool and built-in barbecue.

Sitting Room/Dining Room: Satellite TV, CD player, metered telephone/fax machine, air-conditioning and wood burning stove. Three double doors lead directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

Kitchen: Very well-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, two fridge/freezers, hob and split level oven.

Entrance hall

Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room (with shower, toilet and handbasin): Double bed, two chests of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning and double doors leading onto outside terrace.

Inner Hall: All the other bedrooms lead off this and there are double doors at one end which lead directly onto outside terrace.

Twin Bedroom 1: Two single beds, a chest of drawers and a hand-made traditional wooden cupboard for hanging clothes. Nice view to the front and side of the villa.

Double Bedroom: Double bed and large fitted wardrobe with small chest of drawers inside.

Main Bathroom (with bath, toilet and handbasin): This serves the twin bedroom and double bedroom above.

Twin Bedroom 2 with Ensuite Shower Room (with shower, toilet and handbasin): Two single beds, a chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe.

NB There are two extra fold-away beds and a cot, plus a baby rocker.
